Education & Instruction________________________________________________________

  • Facilitated a 12-week program on character building & communication training at a Medium Security New York State Prison for 15 men (mostly juveniles) serving time.
  • Provided training to teachers, administrators, businesses, parents, community members and individuals in Interpersonal Communication, Character Education, Restorative Justice and Positive Discipline
  • Trained tour guides on Public History themes for students and adults
  • Co-Facilitated a Peer "Women's Support Group" for women recovering from domestic violence
  • Provided instruction to students at SUNYUlster and UlsterBOCES
  • Facilitated meetings and workshops on organizational development & planning, event and program planning, managing volunteer programs, grant writing, customer service
  • Researched, developed and implemented public history programs for diverse audiences

  • Administered a re-grant program of NYS funds to the local community
